Discover a taste of the Atlantic.
Join us for an evening exploring the whiskies of Clonakilty Distillery, hosted by Global Brand Ambassador Paddy Gilley.
Based on Ireland’s rugged Atlantic coast in County Cork, Clonakilty does things a little differently. Barley is grown on the family farm and locally in Cork, fermentation is extended to develop more flavour, and the spirit is triple distilled before being matured in their warehouse overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, where the coastal conditions play their part in the finished whiskey.
Across the evening, Paddy will guide us through six Clonakilty whiskies, giving us the story behind the distillery, its distinctive approach to whiskey-making and, of course, what to look for in the glass.
Each whiskey will be complemented by a carefully paired tasting board, chosen to bring out the flavours along the way.
