A big thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday for our @seifriedestate wine tasting. It was a wonderful evening of great wine and great company.
Our standout favourite of the night had to be:
🍷 Aotea Pinot Noir: Elegant, silky and beautifully balanced, this wine captured everyone’s attention with its vibrant red fruit, subtle spice, and smooth, lingering finish. A classic Pinot Noir that proved incredibly easy to love.
And a very close second was:
🍷 Cabernet Franc: Fresh, expressive and full of character. This wine impressed with its bright berry notes, gentle herbaceous edge, and refined structure. A fantastic example of how approachable and versatile Cabernet Franc can be.
We love sharing wines that delight, and Saturday’s tasting delivered exactly that. Thank you to those that joined us for making it such an enjoyable evening, and of course to Anna Seifried for hosting the event and bringing these New Zealand wines to life for us.
