What we`re drinking this week: Ratti Ochetti Langhe Nebbiolo. 🍷
This Langhe Nebbiolo was a real highlight for us over the festive season. A wine that captivated our guests with its elegance and classic Piedmont charm - it`s excellent.
Delicate and refined, this Nebbiolo offers bright red cherry and raspberry aromas, with hints of rose petals and subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied with fine tannins, vibrant acidity and a lingering, expressive finish that shows the finesse typical of the Langhe region.
It`s also wonderfully versatile at the table. It shines with roasted meats, hearty pasta dishes and mature cheeses, making it a beautiful companion for cosy winter suppers.
