With seating for 16 people and the option to purchase drinks from our extensive range, The Tasting Room offers a luxurious setting for private events, functions and meetings.
In addition to this, private tastings can be arranged for groups of 6 – 16 people. See below for the various options available.
Designed as an easy way to enter the world of wine education, an informal tasting that won’t make the novice wine drinker feel out of their depth. It’s designed to be fun and accessible, with tips on how to taste wine as well as the basic rules on pairing wine with your favourite foods.
(Wine flight can be adapted to be all red or white.)
Our wine expert will start with a short introduction and give tips on how to taste wine. This will be followed by introducing the first wine. We will then leave you to enjoy and exchange notes with your fellow guests. On our return we will answer any further questions and then present the second wine, and so on. Duration is approx. 90mins.
You can add a board of Charcuterie & Cheese for 2 to share for £29per board. This must be ordered when booking.

Our resident wine expert will greet you at the Tasting Room with a delicious welcome drink. Following this, a fun, educational, tutored tasting will guide you through a flight of 6+ wines accompanied with a high-quality charcuterie & cheese sharing board for the evening. We can tailor the wine selection to suit your group or you can leave it up to the experts! These tastings are available all year round.

The timings for these tastings are usually evenings between 6pm – 10pm but we can also offer afternoon tastings if requested.
Groups must be 6 or more with a maximum of 16.
Additional bottles of wine can be ordered after the presentation. Bottles are charged at the shop retail price plus £12 corkage.
